I have the exact same piece, though my bowl is white glass with an eye staring out. TBH the smudged makeup is a common punk style; with the short hair you kind of resemble Pris from blade runner.
Well i do love the punk style xD steampunk as well.. Ill have to watch blade runner now and see who that is 😂
