No headache this morning! No neck pain or soreness. As far as I'm concerned the last range of headaches came from... or originated in muscle soreness. However, I just realized that I had an increased appetite yesterday, so that may have had something to do with it also. So my face/neckcercise causes my headaches theory is still inconclusive.

Nonetheless, I continue to work the neck muscles and the delayed onset muscle soreness hasn't occurred... yet. Next I'll have to check for postural improvement and more muscular definition and of course fat-loss and skin tightening.
With that out of the way... let's continue with the boring stuff.
Wake up was normal. By which I mean, the alarm sang and I turned it off... and opened my eyes an hour later and eased right into the AMX (ante meridian exercise). I did some different kinds of band work... pushing... and some of the normal work. My green and black bands are becoming too easy, so I have to tighten up on the grip. And here's another tip... move slower, hold the tension at different points. Okay... hit the abs... round one... and it's 11:15... hunger has arrived. I'll finish up my eggs. I got a ten-pack this week.
And speaking of eating, the one-meal-a-day strategy didn't work this week. Maybe it's the heat. I also drank beer this week, which is something I didn't do much in Morocco. Since I opted out of breakfast here, I was able to extend the fast, usually past noon, and exercise on an empty stomach.
Come to think of it, I only had a couple single meal days in Tangier. So if I'm sincerely going to master this practice it will take a while and a steady schedule.
I suppose I should get to "work". That will put off breakfast for another hour.
Breakfast... the eggs, raw, tomatoes and mushrooms, then down to the cafe for a spot of tea.
Lisbon is fully booked. I will once again be glamming it up in a hotel with pool and gym. And speaking of pool... I think I'll visit after tea.
My life. It's almost like a fantasy, however, there's that one element missing. I have to do more programs. I miss the interaction and I just don't get it during my down time. I must keep this in mind. I can blame the usual suspect for my keeping July free, but ultimately it's on me. If finances and opportunities remain consistent I can keep Portugal and Morocco in the lineup during the down time and add Italy and maybe Egypt to the rotation for programs and relaxation, respectively.
Good dip in the pool. Decent little workout. It's bloody hot out here... again. I am literally watching people turn red... I can feel myself turning brown-er... might be a good look for Portugal.

A lot of people showed up to the hotel today. A group came in a bus. Maybe they're just here for the night. Maybe others are here for longer. The pool was crowded, but I got mine in before that occurred. It's nearly 20:00. Time to eat a lil bit. The sun is still bright and high. This Spanish time zone throws me off.
I'll pack later. Need to study some Spanish. Prep for tomorrow. Agua and travel food.
I'm not really ready to leave... but.
Up to the bar for my midnight cup of tea. Checked the bus to the station yesterday. Mapped the route from the Lisbon station to the hotel. Most of my stuff never made it out of my backpack... so I can actually go for a week... five days actually, with just a few clothes. I may indeed have just the correct amount. Note for the next round. Lighter equipment, smaller computer for sure. Probably a cable to connect the tv would be smart... unless I don't mind the small screen.
Travel Tuesday tomorrow. I think I can get everything done by 09:00. Check out by noon. I should be good at this by now.
No way can I miss your posts.
Nice one@noxsoma
We're on the road again folks. Thanks for the love. We will likely get another post up tomorrow. Don't miss episode 19 of Abstrakt 180 on D.tube.
Hi @noxsoma! It looks like you are travelling quite a few countries. If you don't mind, can you possibly share a bit about what it is that you do and how you are able to finance your travels?
I'm old school my friend, so I don't reveal the specifics of my funding. I can tell you that it's a combination of luck, timing, desire and above all money management over time. I prioritize what I spend my funds on. Experience over materials I'd say.
