The Lessons We Learn from Eating an Elephant

114. Lessons from eating an elephant.jpg

You’ve likely heard the joke; “How do you eat an elephant? – One bite at a time.”

To be clear, I love animals and think that killing and poaching them, whether they are elephants for their ivory, rhinos for the tusk, or bears for their gal blander, to name a few, is one of the most disgusting things some people on this plant do.

So what can we learn from this joke then?

We all have habits, likely some good and some bad.

The problem is that they are generally created over time and without much, if any thought!

People put more time into planning their vacation than they do thinking about their daily habits and taking charge of them.

Yes, taking charge of them.

Here’s the thing – you can change and create habits “ON PURPOSE!”

Whether you want to become a non-smoker or create habits of monetary success in life, these habits can be chosen and created.

Once you know which habits are important to you in life there are three things you must do to manifest those habits.

  1. Break those large goals/habits (the elephant) down from the larger and in many cases, ominous sizes, into the smallest task that is doable without much effort.
  2. Align the subconscious mind with those conscious thoughts.
  3. And repeat the tasks, until you’ve created a habit.

Each of these three elements, although seemingly simple comes with its own set of challenges.

One of the keys that I’ve learned from decades of practicing and perfecting this method is that the use of PPMs or Personal Programing Messages, twice a day can take a seemingly elephant like habit and have it become simple to accomplish in just a matter of days or weeks.

The problem is that most people focus on the big goal, such as I want to make $100,000 this year and keep repeating that goal. They forget to break it down to the point of daily, or even better, hourly doable tasks, that when done consistently create the desired end result.

The process is a simple one; however, as with most things, there are complexities that are too vast to cover in this short email.

Which is why, my trusty reader, that I’ve created The Achievers’ Formula.

It’s a powerful tool that details how you create habits that stick and metaphorically eat the elephant.

And, in only about seven minutes a day!

The feedback I’m getting is awesome and the techniques have literally changed the lives of thousands of people.

You can get the details here > www.achieversformula.com

It’s only $49.95, but as I said, it could change your life.

I would even go as far as to say, if you implement the formula as I’ve laid it out, it WILL change your life.
