Crashing and Smashing Through Walls

A marathon is 26.2188 miles of grueling running.

There’s a term or more importantly, a fear when running a marathon of hitting what’s termed “the wall” and usually happens after the 20-mile mark.

Can you imagine? You’ve run all that way and all of a sudden, you can’t go any further, you hit the wall and can’t go any further.

That would be heartbreaking.

It happens in life as well…

However, there are several strategies marathoners’ use to avoid hitting that wall. Of course, it all comes down to the training.

Anyone that is serious about running a marathon needs to know the training routine to not only do their best, but to avoid the wall.

I don’t run, but I do road bike and I’ve done a couple of very grueling rides (races). I can tell from experience, training makes all the difference.

But here’s the thing…

Whether you are talking about training for a marathon to avoid the wall, or you’re talking about creating habits that allow you to crash through or smash your own walls that have been stopping you from achieving everything you want in life; there’s training, formulas and systems that can make all the difference in the world!

Creating habits “on purpose” is something most people NEVER do.

But, creating habits on purpose, allows you to crash through those walls those walls that have been stopping you.

We all have walls or barriers that can stop us.

Yet, many people seem to be able to keep on cruising along, even if they have a setback.
How is that??

It usually comes down to the habits that run their life.

We are all an accumulation of two things in life.

Our past decisions and our daily habits.

The good news is that you can make decisions today that will change your future.

And, YOU can CHOOSE to create habits that WILL allow you to create the future you are desire with ease.
