How to handle depression?

Depression is a situation that we have all lived at some point in our lives, but sometimes that moment extends more than what we wanted and wondered. How do I stop feeling like this?, with the passage of time I have realized that if we give great importance to small or large things that put us wrong, we will never stop seeing them as a barrier.
To progress in a situation of depression the most important thing is to focus on things or actions that make you happy, distracting you, to make your mind clear. Another very important thing in my opinion is to disconnect from social networks that usually produce anxiety in people, And the most important thing is to take a moment to converse with God, he is always willing to listen, does not judge you, understands you in spite of everything and always, always, always love you and observe as your beloved son, if you feel that your world is collapsing , he with love even if you do not see it physically, he love and protects you
