About a month ago, details regarding a potential God of War PS4 Pro bundle leaked online, giving those looking forward to the action-adventure franchise’s next entry hope that Sony Interactive Entertainment and Santa Monica Studio would commemorate the title’s release with a special version of the system. Now, it looks as if the companies do indeed plan to release such a unique console, as a limited edition PlayStation 4 Pro with designs inspired by the forthcoming game has officially been revealed.
As seen below in the video from PlayStation Europe, God of War fans can bear witness to the distinctive PS4 Pro launching on April 20, 2018 alongside the title, with the console’s colors holding a muted gray hue, and its designs having been inspired by Kratos’ magical Leviathan Axe. What’s more is that it comes with a matching DualShock 4 wireless controller with insignia influenced by the game – which will also be available as a standalone purchase – and offers 1 TB of hard drive space.
