In each social group, based on communication and interactions between members, over time, a communication structure is formed that takes into account both formal and informal relationships. As in any such structure, a particular network of a different type is discovered. A communicative structure can incorporate and combine in a different way any type of network. The basis of communication is personal needs, therefore, considering this question, and more precisely the factors determining it, it is concluded that these are precisely the needs and interests of the people in the social group. It is precisely they that determine to a great extent the communication, the interactions and the relations between the people.
It is also important to look at the qualities and peculiarities of the individuals who communicate. The sociopsychic characteristics of the group should also be addressed. Also important are the living conditions of the group, its management, the degree of organization of the group practice, etc. An important factor is the social conditions and the trends in the development of the whole society. The listed factors, and many others, should be taken into account and used when looking for opportunities to regulate social interaction and relationships. The individual in communication is connected with the transmission of emotions, feelings, moods, with the interpretation of the information, the communication reflects the intellect, the personal qualities, the morality, the beliefs, the transmitted and the hidden, profound information, the intuition participates. Social communication is expressed through the social role of man. Some communications are mediated by roles, and people are involved not with their real personalities but with their roles. The main thing in communication is the identification with the other, the empathy, the experience without which it can not be good and effective.
This implies communication skills, especially for listening. Another thing to say about communicating is that it is a specific human activity that is considered unique in living nature. It presupposes the existence and use of human speech, builds on mutual interests, motives, values, and as a rule leads to some result. All the individual development proceeds according to its parameters. Through it the individual forms an idea, both for his own and for the value of others, he achieves some truth, or is untrue for himself. In this process he uses different psychic mechanisms: - he gives and receives information; - exchanges opinions and makes interpretations; - exhibits tolerance or conflict; - gives formal or actual consent; - demonstrates good or bad self-esteem. There are several conditions that are considered mandatory and common to successful communication: - normal functioning of the psyche; - mutual intellectual adequacy; - compatibility of social status; - psychodynamic and emotional compatibility; - interdependent verbal and non-verbal expression. It has been proven that communication takes place on several levels: - emotionally - in the perception and transmission of information dominate feelings mutually provoked by the partners; - cognitive - cognitive psychological processes dominate; - intellectual - partners are perceived in the context of their whole personality. The notion of perception refers to perception, to the immediate impact of reality on sensory organs.
