Hello there everyone , I am destroyer from Gods Unchained card game , I'm a really passionate player card game player who probably spent thousands of hours to playing and theorycrafting MTG , Hearthstone , Artifact and many other no name card games you probably never heard about.
My most succesfull rank is Top 20 EU in Hearthstone
Rank 33 in Entire World in Hearthstone Arena with 7.2 win rate per arena.
I recently started Gods Unchained 3 weeks ago and after playing a lot I decided to write about some decks I find really decent to play in weekend tournaments and what I will mostly focus on will be Rush decks where you can farm 150 wins easily.
I participated to 4 tournament so far and every week I'm earning 1 Shiny Legendary Pack ( 1 ETH ) without any issue since last 2 weeks so I thought its time to share the deck I'm playing for last 2 weeks.
Decklist - Viking Weapon Aggro
The game is really dynamic because of nerfs and buffs , however this is the deck I used this week and you can pretty easily tune this up when some nerfs happen , I don't think there will be any nerfs to this deck because its not that overpowered , but there are key stuff you have to be careful about while leveraging your decks strong parts and its a pretty cheap deck.
Gameplay - Tactic
The gameplay and tactic part is pretty simple since your hero power is Slayer and most of your cards are early board you just have to focus on making smart trades and get the most value from your board cards otherwise your tempo swing will pretty much dead with one clear , The main objective to use annoying cards that is hard to clear in the early game and push some damage , a lot of decks have small clears now but sometimes its not enough to stop the power of this deck because you will be constantly buffing your minions and use that extra surprise buffs to do value trade and eventually finish off your opponents in the mid game with Iron Kopis and your board presence , this deck has a lot of weaknesses but when you learn how to mulligan against classes you pretty much win the game in round 3.
Mulligan
Since the start turn is a coinflip , you just need a decent start on board thats why mulligan part is the most important part of this deck because this is were you are going to win. There are certain mulligan chooses for certain deck types which is really popular in the Ladder right now and I would like to explain those slightly.
Against any mage kind - You probably want to hold Deadly Arsenal , Skeleton Heavy , Master Tactician , Pyramid Guardian or Viking Bloodguard these are quite annoying minions to clear and it will waste a lot of resource from mage and create early pressure on the board so you will definetely want these sticky minions and buff them , because eventhough Mage has a lot of early cards for clear you will still take over the board and deal decent damage when they reach the powerspike when they are 5-6 mana , mage matchups are really relevant the draws and ability to clear but if you know what you are doing this will increase your chance a lot eventhough they have a lot of cheap clear tools.
Against Blitz Warrior - Which is another highly popular deck this week , you kind of want to swarm the board because Blitz warriors ability to clear multiple minions on the board early is really limited with Deadly and Protected , Twinstrike minions thats why you want to start with 2 1 mana minion like Leviathan Hunter , Manashard Mage or Tartessian Improviser what you want to achieve in this matchup is deal as much as damage and create a big board untill turn 5 because in turn 5 thats when Blitz warrior start to put annoying creatures to the board thats why you will probably want a weapon in your hand in turn 5 too.
Against Death Rush Decks , its more like coin flip so basically whoever starts to game have huge advantage , because none of these decks have hard clear spells and if you don't have decent minions you pretty much lose the game in turn 2 against every Death Deck , I would suggest avoiding death clears from Midrange Death decks and keep some minions in your hand after the clear wave.
Pros
-Pretty Solid buffing opportunities can finish games in 4 Turn
Fast Farming Tokens and Wins
Cheap and Effective.
Can win against any deck with proper mulligan.
You can capitalize on your weapon by using Slayer heropower.
Easy to play , Kill strat is pretty easy.
Cons
Not much Triump cards if you feel like losing the first 3 rounds you are probably losing.
Only proactive cards are buffers and 0 clear other than weapons.
If you didn't build a board presence untill turn 4 you are doomed to lose.
Really weak against hard clears and late game monsters.
This is the end of my 1st article about the Decks in Gods Unchained , I'm planning to write about the deck I play and the decks I tried everyweek on my Blog , I hope I can make it in a sustainable way because I'm a lazy bastard.

I have tried playing but I really suck at it, I guess I just wasn't made for this, being 58 must have something to do with it also.
Well I suck at other decks getting used to one deck is harder than I thought in this one !
It takes a lot of practice and getting used to the various situations that can occur. Just following a deck is only 20% of the work, the rest of the 80% can be tough, otherwise we'd all be pro at this game just following the 2 best decks!
Nice article as well, destroyer
Thank you bruh !
