Dale Olmstead has been working in "Precious Metals" for over 38 years as a journeyman jeweler, owning and operating a successful jewelry business in Spokane Washington. After so many years in this industry, he began to witness a spiked interest in silver and gold as a wealth preservation vehicle rather than just being enjoyed as jewelry. With client interest increasing, Dale began studying the precious metals industry very closely, investing personally and sharing ideas with clients. As a committed student, Dale began reading anything he could get his hands on, learning from internet resources, attending seminars, striving to understand better the ups and downs of a sometimes volatile precious metals industry! He especially enjoyed learning about the history of precious metals used as a means of exchange and truly believes that silver and gold are the truest, time-tested forms of money.

In October 2011, Dale attended his first Silver Summit, a unique gathering of silver producers, explorers, jewelers, coin dealers and newsletter writers who discuss the latest developments in precious metals. One of the keynote speakers, David Morgan, made a comment that 'someday someone will offer you a debit card, and when you use that debit card it will sell just enough precious metal to settle that debit'... Hearing this answered a question that numerous clients had been asking--- ' So Dale, now that I have all this wealth in precious metals, how do I go to the store and buy something with it?' At the break, Dale approached David Morgan to ask him who he could contact to acquire one of these debit cards, and how he could offer them to his clients? David's response was, 'I don't know! Several have tried, including myself, but with no success'.... And so a dream was sparked! Dale began searching for information, consulting with bankers, learning, trying, failing, trying again, more consulting! After much due diligence ( and many sleepless nights ) Dale developed the first to market Precious Metals Access Card (PMAC) system accepted anywhere on the Visa network!
