They can destroy it any time by pumping fiat in that they control; but the issue is they can simply pull a venezeula on the people and start killing civilians, shutting down the internet, etc.
That's what the elite ruling class there did when they begun losing money and power.

The end is nigh I say alot, for the elite structures and the asinine abuse of power going on in the world. My friend I welcome a little chaos as long as it ends up providing a peaceful and beautiful future for my kids. What they did to Venezeula was pure evil, sure more is coming on everyone but one day it will shift and we can look back on the last 100 years as a what not to do highlight lol.
