This is and HDR(High dyniamic range) image. I used a program called photomatix to Create the HDR image and finalized it in photoshop. The colors you see where there at the time of sunset. I am not adding any color that wasn’t there originally.

Thank you! No I did not use a filter. It was the perfect amount of clouds at sunset that produced those colors.
