Summer Sunset
In Florida during the summer, thunderstorms generally roll in during the late afternoon. They usually end before sunset but leave behind lingering clouds and slight unrest in the atmosphere. This is a formula for striking sunsets. I took this photo in Mims, Florida.

This really took my breath away. Absolutely stunning.

Stunning capture, love it when there are clouds around at sunset!
Normally gives more depth to the photo.

What a fantastic photo Roger! It looks like the sky here sometimes, but my phone camera never does it justice haha
Thanks Lynn! Photoshop helps!
haha @rwedegis, I'm sure it does! I had a nice Canon camera, wide angle lense etc. but I rarely used it and sold it before coming to Mexico. I wasn't on steemit then, but now I obviously kick myself for it. I was in the "simplifying" mode, so everything but the kitchen sink was up for sale haha
I totally understand about downsizing! There are probably a few things that I wish I had kept. But there's nothing that I can't do without.
Also, my pre-Steem photos were taken with the thought of sales and not blogging. So some days I'm really digging deep to find something to post.
@rwedegis, isn't it interesting that the older we get, the less we need, and the crazier it seems when you think of how much you spent over the years on buying stuff 😅
I can understand the "digging deep" too; I only post at best 3-4 times / week and spend most of my time commenting on others' posts, and of course the other "stuff" I do too.
Wonderful view!
