Flooded River Sunset - Sunset Challenge 365 #46 By Steve J Huggett

Sunset at dryslwyn castle - by Steve J Huggett-2.jpg

It's not uncommon for this river to flood and last year it nearly breach the flood defenses in the nearest town of Carmarthen it was so close a true once in 30 years flood.

There is a legend in Carmarthen that Merlin cursed this oak tree and said if it is removed then Carmarthen will drown, just some thirty years ago the stump was removed and Carmarthen has indeed flooded a few time since then whoops!!

What I use

Nikon D7200.
Sigma 18-300m
Software Adobe Lightroom.

Location

River Towy Dryslwyn Castle Carmarthenshire Wales UK

Way to go, stump removers! Everybody knows you don't mess with Merlin!

I know, who ever moved it better hope Merlin doesn't come back any time soon Lol
