I would like to share with you my recipe which everyone knows but not everyone uses it, about how i transform my mood when i feel down. There is a shortcut which is very powerful , very quick and very simple.It's called Gratitude.
Gratitude itself is a very powerful tool, it's a very nurturing energy which can shift you from your lowest state to your highest in few moments.Everyone has something in their life to be grateful for.
Start with a deep breath and say "I'm grateful for the air that i breath" , then continue with the parts of your body, that you had a shelter last night, that you had food to eat, continue with the people in your life who love you and those who were there to teach you something even when the lessons were not easy.For the situations, and for the things which are coming your way.Thank for the things even which you don't have yet to activate the process and the energy of receiving.
Make a list with all the things you are greateful for and keep it somewhere in your phone and when you are most down just read it to yourself.
Your heart will automatically start to fill with love like when a car is filling with gasoline.
So simple and yet so powerful!
