That’s really true line..we should be good to our self,many time we forget to give attention to our self by only caring other..we should take care ourselves..fasting and meditation is really good idea,I normally do fasting.....best of luck for your fasting @jabybar

Thank you very much. Fasting is really a challange for all of us, but it's a way to give a boost to your body. Day 3 is almost over which it was the goal. I will see if day 4 is possible, but i feel great so far.
