By moving clouds with fans google can create an unruly wind profile in the neighboring region.. imagine the amount of power that will go to move such humongous clouds.. Although it might have some short term positive effects for the region, long term will be drastic.. Aerial animals will have to change the way they move and live... A neighboring cyclone can be activated.. Dust particles from earth will start flying all over.. High-Low pressure regions will be formed randomly..
