Gout Recipe: Avocado Toast and Scrambled Eggs Recipe
This is a great Gout Friendly way to start the day!
This might seems very "Millennial" but it's got great taste, is very gout friendly, and packs a lot of energy to get your day going!
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
lime juice (1/8 tablespoon)
1 piece of toast
1 scrambled egg
cheddar cheese (in eggs)
Parmesan cheese (on toast)
red pepper flakes (as desired)
Directions
Half Avocado and remove pit. Mix avocado half and lime juice, until thick and creamy. Spread over toasted bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
Scramble 1 egg, serve with toast.
