Unfortunately, until we start leveraging what can be called undemocratic higher taxes on the wealthy and demanding that moral conscience be legislated in countries around the world, we will always see the disparity and this will continue to increase. Wealth creates more wealth and if you don't have it to start with, you can't progress and succeed to anywhere near the same levels as those who are the privileged few. It is up to governments to ensure that they legislate for a living wage for all their citizens, invest in economic growth and stability to increase job opportunities. Providing a good education as standard for all children and a minimum contribution to every child each year that ensures that they have clothes on their back, food in their stomachs, education and a roof over their heads, should be top of every government's budgetary agenda.
