From this idea I love most that bigger fish should support smaller one. But I think that we have to support posts with high quality content.
I would add to the rules that We should resteeam posts with as high as possible good content. Because Steemians; resteeming also shows your personal ability to judge what is good content and this content is included in your blog list. Your blog list is a mirror of your point of view and speaks a lot about you.
