I see there is hope for your garden :P
I was so lazy to take care about garden in the house we rented, so we changed it two months ago for apartment, and now I could enjoy my free time in a way I liked.

It's a lot of work, bur it's really enjoyable to have such a great space. It's not finished yet, we are here since 2016 and the plot is big, but now we have time, and when it's done it will be great, no matter how much time it will take !
I understood it, that it is your own land. I rented a big house with bigger garden for almost five years, we took care about it as for our own, but somewhere in head still was that is not ours, and we care for someone else property. Good luck for your work, I am looking forward to see some other pictures in future how will it look like.
