This is me now
After my last post for Gratitude day challenge , i started thinking of what I could use for Gratitude challenge day #4. The thought of my school came and i am so excited making this post. Before i proceed, i want to thank @tojukaka for creating this challenge, and also thanks to God who has made everything beautiful.
This year will bring my adventure in the University of Uyo to a beautiful end. I started tertiary institution 2013 and five years on i have, with every evidence, grown in to a better person with all sense of responsibility. The me now is as a result of the platform Uniuyo gave me, the friends i met in the course of my adventure and other things. I want to use this opportunity to thank University of Uyo for admitting me to study Computer Engineering in it environs. I am very grateful!!
To take us through the adventure, i will start with me as a fresh man
As a freshman
My matriculation
@Matriculation with sweet mom
@Matriculation with Godswill
@Chemistry laboratory
Being a freshman in the University was not an easy going affair but with time and proper guidance from older friends already in the system, i was able to pull through that phase. I can remember doing lots of science courses which required plenty of practicals, it was indeed one hell of an experience.But then,this level was key for me in my adventure.
In Second Year
@Preparing for a Test @FluidMechanics
@Innovation Expo with Team ACES which came first
The feeling of entry into my second year was exciting as i would begin engineering proper even though i would not major deeply into computer courses but general engineering courses. Nevertheless, it was worth it . And then came politics in my second year. I was elected into the office of the Director of Academics for my department (Association of Computer Engineering Students). This position had its own way of building me up as a person and i am so happy i grasped that opportunity with both hands.
In third Year
with my colleagues
with my colleagues
with Mr. Ben
In my third year i become the Director of academics for the Faculty of Engineering after my responsibility at the department was over. With my academics getting serious and being involved in other extra curricular activities, without knowing i saw myself balancing every thing up. It was just awesome!. Being able to keep my academic record beautiful and also engage in other things that would build me up is one gift uniuyo has given me. Uniuyo all i can say is thank you!
In fourth Year
with wilson and daniel clement @ nile university representing uniuyo
with my friend wilson
@Work it out
@Work it out
@Work it out
@Work it out
work it out mathematics competition
work it out mathematics competition
work it out mathematics competition
At this year i started thanking God for the friends he brought my way in the course of my adventure in uniuyo. Meeting intelligent people from different background in school was just interesting. They have been a blessing to me and i am grateful for that.
This year blew my mind. Firstly I was able to successfully host a program on Campus. Still as the Director of academic Faculty of Engineering, i organized a Mathematics competition, which was a huge success. My team members who gave me all the support i needed were just awesome. Thanks immensely!
Secondly i became an IT Technician and an Android Developer through my 6 months of industrial training. I acquired skills which has help me after then. It was an unforgettable experience.

As a Final Year Student
@enyason in his finals
@IT defence with Mr. Williams
@IT defence with my colleagues
@ACES set os 0'13 after a test
@Campus Developers Community
@CDC inaugural meetup
I had always wanted to experience what its like to be in final year,now am there. I have learnt to approach every situation with every sense of responsibility and maturity. Me now is not the same as me as a freshman, so again Uniuyo thanks!
Returning from my industrial training, i started a community of Developers “Campus Developers Community” which would bring developers all round school to learn, think build and also collaborate. This again was a huge success, with the community in my heart. We then had our inaugural meet-u tagged “the Student and the Developer” which announced us in the entire school. What a feet achieved! This community has brought me to meet people of like minds who are enthusiastic about technology.
To bring this post to and end i want to say a big thank you to the University of you, All my friends and colleagues who have contributed in one way or the other to my adventure. Thanks!
