There's always a team even within a basic household and the functionality of the team is built by the team players, run by the leader or admin.

The weirdest thing in life is that the leader stands on the shoulders of his team players, but worst thing is bound to happen, when the leader forgets to acknowledge all individuals who are in his team.

The lead will always receive the praise, but the worst remains the mistakes he makes because of his ego, attitude and ignorance. A weak leader, ignores the few members who make huge sacrifices to make him, but swiftly moves into the trap of the many, who wants him to fail.

"Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine."
~Chris Hadfield

Great leadership has no partiality, it's all member inclusive. It is not physically, emotionally or psychologically abusive. It does not bow to seduction. But instead embraces acts of good intentions.

Conclusively, great leadership is exclusively one mans reward, but constantly built on cognitive roles, rules high standards & working structures.

"Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates and customers."
~Robin S. Sharma

A great leader, is not only a good reader, but is good in reaching out to each and every member. He knows no pride, but makes it his business to witness his teams happiness.

His morals match his oral narration
His perceptions are manifested in his actions & his actions match his intentions.
His team knows his dream.

Great leadership brings about unity, mirrors the leaders true personality but mostly, shows the psychology behind self esteem.
