Do you know what is the name of this fruit?. It's Avocado. It has so much nutrient, such as Vitamin B5, B6, B2, C, E, etc. It has a quite mild flavor, a little bit sweet and very savory texture. In my country, we often eat avocado by slicing it into thin slices by itself or simply juiced it.

Sometimes we often smashed the flesh, and add some sugar, maybe you can call that like a Smashed Avocado. It's very tasty. We also often use it as toppings in any kinds of beverages, such as cold drinks called Es Cendol, Es Teler, Es Campur, etc.

I think Avocado can be used in many different types of cuisine too since it has quite a neutral flavor, so it can fuse perfectly with other ingredients, but I personally never taste foods with Avocado as ingredients in my country. Did your country have use avocado in cuisine?
