Why we should include cucumber in our diet?

For me, green food or fruits are healthy, today I used cucumber as my green food because it is packed with nutrients that our body needs.
Cucumber is considered fruits that belongs to the same family of watermelon and pumpkin. This fruit is originated from India. It has two basic elements for healthy tummy that includer water and fiber. If we are looking a food to ease our feelings of anxiety, cucumber is the best because it has multiple B vitamins like B1, B5 and B7(biotin).
There are amazing benefits that we can get from cucumber that includes the following:

  1. Keeps us hydrated
    -Because cucumber has 96% water
  2. Fights heat
    -We can apply to our skin if we have sunburn
  3. Flushes toxins
    • Helps us eliminates waste products out in our
      system, continous eating helps dissolve kid-
      ney stones.
  4. Contains Vitamin A, B and C
    -Promotes immunity, keeps us energetic
  5. Skin friendly fruit
    That's why spa are using cucumber in their
    beauty regimen because of minerals contain
    that includes magnessium, potassium and
    silica.
  6. Helps us in losing weight
    -Good as snack rather chips.
  7. Good for puffy eyes
    -Helps us reduce our eye- bags
  8. Prevents cancer
    -Has cancer fighting potential
  9. Good for hypertension
    -Helps stabilize blood sugar

    -Can heal disease gums, leaving our mouth
    smells good.
  11. Makes our hairs and nails healthy
    -Because it contains silica

We can make cucumber juice alone or mix with other juice like apple, lemon or watermelon to add some taste.
