Hey there! Since I've been trying to add more greens to my diet, I've found one of the greatest ways to do it. Even thought i like greens on salads, soups and other meals, i just realized there are many people who found them not so tasty. This is a recipe for everyone who's looking to improve the inmune system, obtain more vitamins and more energy in a natural way. Sounds amazing!

You'll need: (for 2 cups approximately)
15 leaves of spinach
The juice of 3 oranges
1/4 branch of celery
1/2 cucumber
10 leaves of spearmint

Squeeze the oranges first and add the juice in the blender, then, cut roughly the cucumber and the celery, add this together with the orange juice, the spinach and spearmint leaves. If you like, you can sweet it with a tablespoon of honey.
Blend everything and drink it immediately so you don't lose the benefits of the greens.
Personally, i drink this juice 30 minutes before breakfast 'cause i like to start the day with energy. Thank you for reading me!
