Only Rob can remove it, but in this case it is probably fair to assume the community voted it in once there is work instead of having to repeat the poll process once to remove it, and then again to add it again.

Seriously, we have a supportive project dev, we know a load of workunits are incoming in the next 2-3 weeks and the project will be ongoing into next year. It's HTTPS. What else do you want!?!"
I also voiced similar on IRC. When I realised the issue however I understood the need for some action, I just disagreed with the need for more votes.
I completly agree with this way of working, it appears we have uncovered a bug/feature which we can deal with in future (greylisting). In the meantime we should try and keep to the spirit of the vote result whilst keeping things fair for all users.
