Thanks for laying it all out for us dutch.
This will add a freshness to the coin and community as we pass the 1 Millionth block celebration.
We still need some publicity stunts to get the hype going so that everyone knows about our milestone.
I'm sure that there are many more ideas but we are short of time with the advent of the 1 Millionth Block just around the corner.
So 'thinking caps' off we need action. Join IRC and /or Slack to get in the discussion and planning.
Getting back to the recent successful decision, we can look at this as an accomplishment and congratulate ourselves for a job well done transparently and fairly.
Kudos to those who participated and to those who took on the burden of the work.

I'm surprised nothing is posted on the landing page of gridcoin.us , a countdown clock of the remaining blocks would've been neat. Last post on https://www.facebook.com/gridcoins was 6/11/17. Does Gridcoin have a social media contact?
