My experience with wisdom tooth extraction Is it really so painful?

in #grinders7 years ago

Hi guys, I hope that today you have awakened full of energy, so I woke up. Today I have decided to talk to you about a subject that is discussed a lot and of which it is necessary to have knowledge to make a decision. It should be noted that I will do it from a very personal point of view, because it was the experience that I had once I extracted the 4 cordals from ONE TIME. Some say that the experience is extremely traumatic, some claim that while the procedure was being carried out, they felt a lot of pain, and other people commented that recovery was worse than when they were doing the extraction. In my case, the procedure was not at all trauma, in fact I felt absolutely nothing that was not the force that the surgeon implemented to be able to extract each of the wisdom teeth, that is why we must have the ability to recognize the difference between strength applied and pain, I never felt any kind of pain. The procedure lasted about 25min. When I got up from the stretcher I felt a bit dizzy, I blamed the anesthesia, because I guess it was enough that they had to use it to extract four wisdom teeth at once. I went back to lie down and after about 5min I came to a stop and did not get dizzy again. I arrived at the house, I lay down and I remember that the only thing I did was to be with my cell phone. That you can not use the cell phone is totally false, the only care you should have with that is to try not to lower your head to see the screen, just hold up the cell phone and you're done.

It was night and I remember that I had not had any pain, which caused me a lot of curiosity. The next day I woke up as if nothing had happened, I felt that nothing had been done to me. I decided to take a bath and go out for a while (not very well thought out) I remember that I did not last more than 15 minutes outside the house. After 1 hour of arriving, I began to feel how my cheeks grew as time passed. At around 4pm my face had become that of a squirrel completely loaded with nuts. I had a hard time believing how quickly they could catch fire. I assumed that it was a consequence of so much movement and especially because I had gone out and exposed myself to the sun for at least 15 minutes. I was with my face inflamed for at least 5 days.

The pain was not much, I remember that only one of the four areas that were exposed hurt me. I continued with the treatment that the surgeon had sent me, and by the 7th day I was feeling much better. The inflammation by then had decreased a lot, the pain no longer existed. In short, it took me exactly one week to fully recover and be able to carry out my days normally. I was very happy to have my normal cheeks again.

If you want to see my wisdom teeth, go down to the end. For those who are susceptible, just do it.
My recommendations for all those people who are close to extracting one or more wisdom teeth are the following.

  • Try to maintain a continuous bed rest for at least the first 3 days.
  • Avoid consuming solid and hot foods.
  • Follow the treatment recommended by the surgeon to the letter.
  • IT IS NECESSARY THAT THE DOCTOR WHO CARRIED OUT THE PROCEDURE WILL BE "MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEON"
  • Do not swish water, as this can cause a faster blood flow and bleeding occurs in the exposed area.
  • As a last recommendation, but clearly not less important. It is totally advisable to extract the 4 wisdom teeth in a single procedure, the pain is one, the treatment will be one, and the so-called "trauma" will also be one. I can say that it went very, very well; Although there was some pain, inflammation and discomfort, it is totally understandable that it was a surgery, and it carries with it a series of symptoms to present once it is carried out. If you have any doubt, remember that in the comments you can raise it and I will answer it happy about life. Also, if it was useful for you to read my experience, I count on your vote! If you want to be aware of the post's that I will be uploading continuously, follow me and you will not miss any of them, many recipes and little things come, a kiss!
