(3) The centralized sharing economy suffers gross lack of risk mitigation that most times lead to series of disputes, this is rampant because of the human error of bias and prejudice would always come into play thereby defeating the aims & objectives of the arbitration processes
(4) Most sharing economy that are centralized are in piecemeal form & highly monopolistic and this status of imperfect market is an encumbrance to the growth & development of the sharing economy, fragmentation within the scope of the sharing economy is also a major limiting factor.
