Your right. The prize money is very low, especially when the only people that enter have no voting power. I'm just trying to help out the best I can. The only reason I say to re-steem it is to try to get it out to more people so the prize money won't be so low. Kind of a catch 22 there.
How many contests do you join that don't ask you to upvote the post? That's where the prize money comes from. If I had tons of SBD and/or STEEM to give away, I might not ask to upvote or resteem, but I don't. It's fine if you don't want to participate and thank you for your 2 cent opinion.

In general terms I only participate in contests that are either fun or where I can win a little something without putting lots of effort in.
Well it's possible to win something here with very, very little effort. I will have the new rule changes re-done for Contest #12.
