Time to another guitar review, this time i am reviewing my Schecter C1 Standard FR guitar:
This is definitely a great guitar, originally it came with passive duncan designed pickups, i switched to active EMG 81-60 set, made of Mahogany bode and 3 pieces maple neck, with an ultra-access set neck construction, is a very comfortable to play guitar, perfect for reaching those high notes on fret 24.
Frets are 24 medium, a little smaller than average rock oriented schecters, more similar to an Les Paul, although sound is still heavy, it does achieve a somehow classic feel.
This come with dot inlays in the fret, and a beautiful cream binding, also a great black finish, looks pretty good. Its made in Korea too, as most of the medium-high range schecter guitars...
It have been a very faithful guitar for many gigs, worth checking if you can get one!

Guitars with whammy bars are always fun, just dont break a string ;)
LoL, this FR is very steady, it is an original floyd rose, so it is suppose to be good...
Yeah original Floyd Rose bridges are the best when it come to those types, i have 4 guitars with Floyd Rose trems but 2 are licensed ones. They all do the job but the originals are always smoother and stay in tune ever so slightly better.
yep, thats it...
Nice review, this give me idea to make it with my Squier Affinity.
Bring it on!, the more the better!
I will in next couple days.
How much does the guitar weigh?
not sure, have to weight it, it is not very heavy but also not light...
I was curious, my Gibson Q-80 bass guitar has a mahogany body that probably is close to the sam size as the body on your guitar, and it weighs 9 pounds.
