today investigating Dtube in cases one needs to tune a guitar in standard tuning. The first result had 0 likes and earned nothing, titled "Chris Stapleton Either Way Tutorial" hopefully it opens with guitar tuning. Unfortunately it would not load. The account had 5 subcribers and the video was added 1/8/18
The second video was titled: "Lesson 7 Tuning Peg Problem Fixing 1." It had 0 payout, 4 likes, and the subscriber count was 5. It also had 2 replies, one from steemitboard and another bland thanks fer sharing. This video also would not load
The third result loaded, and was titled: "How to WIN an Argument." The video had one like and was uploaded 1/25/18, it had 0 payout. The accounts subscriber account was 12.
For the Query of: "Guitar Standard Tuning" two of the top four results were from one user, the top result had no thumbnail from that user so will not be further investigated, the second result and the user's 2nd video is analyzed, the one that loaded, titled: "Guitar B standard tuning test (shred)." Author had 29 subscribers, video would not load, had 0 payout, no replies, posted 9/23/17.
The 3rd listed video was titled "WGL 003 Guitar Fundamentals : How to Tune Your Guitar". Author had 290 subscribers, post had 2 upvotes, 0 payout and was posted Feb 1, 2018. The audio sucked it kept panning weirdly from left to right to stereo, otherwise a great production.
the fourth post, was posted 2/10/18, had 2 likes, 0 payout, titled: "review (In The Mix) - Gibson Les Paul Standard / Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier." It had two replies a meaningless cool, and one reply that actually seemed meaningful. Unfortuantely would not load. I refreashed teh browser then it did load, so maybe other videos eventually will play, this one froze 21 sec in and was just a guy doing metal sounding solos, nothing to do with tuning gitbox. It did not resume playing after writing this, but then it did start playing again for 6 seconds and froze again. Eventually playing again. I put the video timeline cursor back to the beginning and played well until the end
Some Dtubers I watch frequently post ipfs links directly. I always watch there cause seem to play faster. I think if youtube has videos that it cannot allocate resources to play well, it should de prioritize them in searches. Ultimately until smooth like butter gonna be hard winning market share from the big dogs.
