This is the first guitar I purchased when I started playing early in highschool. I was pretty unknowledgeable about anything concerning guitars, other than this one was pretty.
I bought it for $200 USD and really liked the sound for a while.
When I wanted something a little more gritty, I swapped out the stock pickups for some Fender Custom Shop Texas Specials.
I kind of regret that decision now, since I know much more about the workings of guitars and amps, I realize it was an amp issue, not a pickup output issue.
