Again and again , every time after any shooting especially school shooting everyone including the main stream media screaming for Gun Control.
Ooh let's ban the guns of choice
let's ban the military guns
let's ban the assault rifle guns
and they follow up with "we are not here to ban all the guns we only want the Semi-Automatic guns "
On the other side, you find gun people say" Ooh we have the right to bare arms it is a constitutional right"
and then they debate of how everyone interpret the constitution start !
Believe me this is argument is such a waste of time.
Why ?
Let's first ask ourselves some questions :-
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you what to say and what not to say ?
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you what clothes to wear and which colors ?
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you what to drink and what not to drink ?
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you what to eat and what not to eat ?
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you who to marry and who to be friend with ?
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you what to do in your backyard ?
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you what car to drive/travel with?
Does anyone have the right/Authority to decide for you which guns to own and which not to own including the Full automatic scary military weapons ?
If your answer is yes then I would like to read your thoughts in the comment section
if no one has the right /authority to decide for you what to do as long as you have no harm toward anyone else , then why others have the right to decide which guns to use and which not to !!
I won't even discuss what I need AR 15 for?
neither do I need it to hunt or for self defense , I own guns because I decided to , cause I am not harming anyone else , cause I believe no one has the right to tell me what to do as long as I am not causing any harm to anyone else
However , if you or anyone else decided you don't want to own an AR 15 , then that is great don't own any !
That is your right and I do respect it!
This country is suppose to be " the land of the free " , I shouldn't be able to force my opinion on you cause I am the majority
neither you force your opinion on me cause I am the minority !
To be Honest it is very sad to see those shooting happening but the sad part when I see the majority going with their emotions toward more of these accident , Because the issue is not on controlling guns or making new laws. Remember schools are gun free zones , as all laws only apply on law abiding citizen , "Laws doesn't apply on Criminals!"

People chocking from food , should we ban food ?
Or we Should educate people? or force our opinions on them ?

And none of those other causes of death are specifically protected by an Amendment to our Constitution. So ... my opinion is that it would be wiser and more productive to concentrate on causes of death that aren't specifically protected by the Constitution, like any of the ones you listed.
It has recently occurred to me that the concentration on gun control (remember that pesky Amendment ... ) is an issue, precisely BECAUSE nothing can be done about it, and it therefore is an issue that lasts forever, one that can be used over and over again, election after election. We're being guppied again. If you choose a polarizing issue that can be solved and you solve it, you lose the polarizing issue.
The Left knows they'll never repeal the 2nd Amendment, so they use the gun control issue perpetually and cynically.
Meanwhile we might actually consider how many young men grow up without the supervision and guidance of a father. We had these same weapons 50 years ago. Has something else changed maybe?
And, every week in city after city, another half dozen young men are shot to death, with any sort of firearms, not necessarily big scary-looking rifles. But they aren't pretty young men, and it happens EVERY week, so meh, who cares. Besides, guns are already banned in those cities, and that would make the whole issue look ridiculous.
It's those scary-looking rifles that are the problem.

plus all this violence in movies & Video games.
guns are there all the time but there were some values , the issue is not on guns as you mentioned the issue on society , when you go to Synagogues,Churches & Mosques you find the majority are the elders
Cause the youth & younger generation are busy !!
