Seeing as to how (yesterday) I got flagged because I told a poster that he is wrong about the children being right, it was SUCH a pleasure to see this post that I immediately resteemed.

The flag... another tool that is so misused. Is society there are consequences to misusing a gun, there should be the same mechanism to redress wrongs on Steem for flag abuses.

That is a minefield, which is why I think there are no rules. I think a simple rule could be applied. Before flagging, a warning that a repetition will bring about a flag - at least the offending party has one chance to apologise, or at least, disappear.
