This issue is very rampant in our society now a days, which rules to the misused of fire arms and cause many incidents... every government institution must take an action about this.. and Gun Control must be addressed..

I feel so sorry for the people that lost their lives and for their families.. but tougher gun laws are not the answer I think for the USA.. I am not sure what the answer is..
Stop blaming the tool and focus on the mind of the individual who used it.
