Removing the Excess and More Clean Up
The cement has cured overnight so I can start removing the excess pla plate.
I start by slowly filing the pla plate at an angle. Notice how the pla plate is slowly getting thinner at an angle similar with the original surface.
I just keep filing until there is no more gap in between the original plastic and the pla plate.
Here is another before and after picture.
Some of them still has gaps or holes so I just patch them up with scrap pla plates and repeat the process tomorrow.
Now, this one I already adjust it again with file and hobby knife.
Here is a quick test fit with the inner frame.
