A sweet afternoon everyone! How was your holiday? I just want to share something to you about how I spent my time today..
After our beach adventure, we stopped by here in my sister's resudence just near Sta. Filomena Beach. We just brought extra clothes and wash warm water here. After I take a bath, I found a Guyabano fruit outside and tried to press it if it is already good to eat and amazingly it is ripe 🤤 I was really craving for it a for a very long time. I can see it in the market but it is a little bit expensive and small in size.
I find it hard to picked out because it is also my first time to pick this kind of fruit. After picking it out, I fastly washed it and cut into half. I ate the other half to solve my craving to it..
Guyabano fruit is one of the fruits here in the Philippines which is good as anti-oxidants and helps prevents cancer. It is also good for diet as well..
@wews took this photo while I am eating this. 😂 Forgive me for my big face friends.. 🐷
We also made a Guyabano Shake. Just using what is the available ingredients in my sister's refrigerator. Then I found there cream, ice, powdered milk of my niece, and white sugar. Even though it is not the right ingredients to make a shake, it just then turned out well. 😅
We call it soursop here, I love it too.
