Exercise helps you stay fit, burn excess calories, save from heart disease, increase your heart and maintain optimal blood pressure.
However, it is the consistency that is important for exercise.
You can join a weekend Fitness Walk on the street or in the community. At home you can exercise both low and high intensity.
Separate 30 minutes of the day to do shuttle, push-ups, squatting, skipping rope, pushing, light winding, or some together.
Or you can easily walk 10 times at home or at the junction site. Walking is very helpful.
Exercise is like output. You'll run out of exercise, lose body fluids through sweat and you must be thirsty. That's why you need a good quality and proper meal to complete the job.
Nutrition is input. You need to balance your output with the input. Good food. Drinking enough water keeps you moist. Avoid drinking carbonated drinks after exercise. Eat protein-rich foods to strengthen your muscles. Also, eat carbohydrate-rich foods to support the lost energy. Avoid or reduce fried foods.
Nutrition also plays an important role in keeping us in shape.
