Instead:

Make sure to scan your computer with some antivirus, if you don't have any installed use some of the web ones like:
- https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/
- http://www.kaspersky.com/free-virus-scan
Then to be 100% sure re-install your OS from scratch. Save the stuff you need.
Then get some antivirus on your computer (there are plenty options and they are rather cheap. Based on the reward on this post i'm sure you can afford a decent one now).
Make sure to scan the stuff you saved previously again before copying it back
Be safe out there. Don't click 'You've won 1 million $' ads, don't use strange websites e.g. use known safe p*rn sites ( :D ), be careful when connecting external storage devices to your computer (e.g. USB drives, HDDs etc.).
Keep the antivirus and OS updated to the latest
