[I Got Flagged!] Haejin Is A Terrible Leader And I Hope He Will Change So This Platform Can Continue To Flourish.

Open Answer For My Comment On An Open Letter...

During the last few days now, we've seen open letters and responses from @transisto, @berniesanders, @anomadsoul, @haejin and many others. All about haejin, his rewards, his approach to Steemit and his behaviour. haejin are trying to defend himself and his actions meanwhile others are accusing and attacking him. In some of these letters, we've seen people trying to compromise and come to a solution that would work for everyone... And I have replied to some of these letters.

Let me start by telling you this. I personally liked haejins letter. That showed me that there's actually a human being behind the other end of all those rewards... However, his behaviour and actions are the sole reason for the epic flag war. No matter how you see things. Right or wrong. And he's also the only one that will be able to bring peace and harmony to our beloved Kingdom by changing his approach. Like it or not, I'm just stating obvious facts.

I know that I'm just a "nobody" to most of you, so many of you will probably not care about what I have to say. That's usually how things are on Steemit. Whales and dolphins are the ones to be seen and the ones others should listen too.

However, with great power comes great responsibility and I personally believe that each whale and dolphin should act as leaders. Not everyone is a good leader but that doesn't necessarily mean that you're a bad leader either. I do believe that everyone, dolphin, whale or minnow should act as leaders or role models of sorts.

Let me tell you why. Steemit is still young. We are growing each day and newcomers needs to be educated. We need to teach the newcomers how Steemit works. We don't want to be managed, we want to be lead by great leaders.

Followers will follow you closely and many of them will do what you do. If you spread hatred, your followers will quickly do the same. On the other hand, if you spread generosity, goodwill and if you behave properly, your followers will soon copy those actions and be like that too.

A quick look at the #stewardsofgondor by @fulltimegeek shows that a "pay it forward" mindset have incredible impact and helps many Steemians around the world.

And a quick look at haejin and his selfishness shows that hatred, anger, jealousy and despair is rapidly increasing across our entire platform.

"I Think He Is A Terrible Leader."

I have nothing against @haejin as a person... But I don't endorse or appreciate his behaviour as a Steemian or as a social figure. He is selfish and even though he might try to flag this into oblivion to silence me, (like he has done so many times before), he will never be able to silence everyone.

I personally believe that @haejin is a terrible leader... But I also believe that everyone can change. So even though I think he is and has been a terrible leader for a long time, I believe that he can change and become a good leader.

I don't have money to spend on bid bots to place this post on the trending page, so this will most likely not reach any of these guys and it will probably not make a difference at all... But I'm okay with that. This post might actually be flagged and my reputation might be harmed too, but I guess I have to be okay with that.

If that's a risk I have to take while telling people my point of view and my experience... Then I feel that it's necessary.

This post is not to be seen as a personal attack on haejin for his 10 posts per day or his so called reward pool rape. This post is to show that he as a social figure is terrible and that his actions as a leader damage our entire community in more ways than one.

I Got Flagged For My Response!

This person obviously didn't agree with me, my comment or the fact that I got some upvotes and earned some rewards from it. @berniesanders and @fulltimegeek amongst others upvoted the comment.

The thing is, that @haejin himself actually wrote a comment on this, without flagging it. (He quickly deleted the comment but it's easy to find things on the blockchain.)

When I saw that he replied to my comment, I was satisfied and glad. At first. I quickly realized that he replied to many comments with the same message... So the reply was not unique and not a response for my specific comment.

However, he did not flag my comment... But his Steem Power was used to flag me. You see, haejin has delegated Steem Power to one other user and this user flagged my comment.

So haejin's Steem Power was not only used to reduce my rewards. He silenced me completely by flagging my comment so it became invisible.

Now To Answer Some Of The Questions.

As always, people replied to the comment and many questions was asked. As it feel useless to respond where I know for sure I will be silenced, I make my own post instead. With some luck, haejin and his army will leave me alone when they realize that I speak the truth and don't call haejin a bunch of different names.

This is my entire comment.

Here's Some Comments And Questions:

This is the first reply. And it was obviously upvoted by the same user that flagged my comment.

Here's another comment. Also upvoted by the same user again.

replies4.png

And here's another comment. Probably the first time I hear something like that, but it's okay. I am perfectly aware and okay with the fact that some people will like my content meanwhile others won't like it at all. Meanwhile most people ignores content they don't like, this user aimed to attack my content and by doing so, also attacked me personally.

replies5.png

And here's the last comment I will share with you. @deanlogic has for a very long time been against all kinds of bots. With good reasoning and sincere comments, he has multiple times talked about this.

And Now It's Time For Me To Reply.

Even though I personally believe that my comment is rather detailed and self explanatory, I will try to explain my comment even further and also respond to these comments I got.

Let's begin with the first one.
This is what many would consider to be a personal attack. Double-standards life? Because I've explained what I believe would be the best for the community and also why I see haejin as nothing but a greedy person who cares about nothing besides himself and his rewards? - ....Okay.

You know what?
Let me try to explain everything with another comment I've made instead.

comments2.png

You see, once again, I speak about haejin being a bad leader and a terrible social figure. And what happened? - My comment on haejin's post got flagged.

So I stand firm in this case. Haejin is a terrible leader. Even if he himself did not flag my post, reduced my rewards and silenced me... His Steem Power did.

And for the person who asked me why I said "racist".

I live in Sweden and people from around the world are calling Sweden for Swedistan. Our country welcomes thousands of people even though we can't handle our own problems and help our fellow Swedes. We have homeless people and whatever. - Is it a joke or is it racist to call my country for Swedistan?

@kimjongpoo and many others have in my opinion not been racist, because I see all those memes as comedy. They are funny, ironic and often hilarious.

Also. Haejin is well aware of this entire situation. If he truly cares about all the hate and all the flags, he would change his approach. Because that would make everything go away.

He also seems to be a firm believer in that all publicity is good publicity. But he continue to cause harm and ruin many things on Steemit without a single-thought of others.

How can you be so ignorant and selfish so you silence people, destroy their reputation and take away the pennies they make while you earn a million dollars in a year? - That's not even selfish. It's a fucking retarded thing to do when you should strive to build the community even further.

People like @fulltimegeek, @berniesanders, @lyndsaybowes, @hendrix22 and many others are basically like Robin Hood. They are trying to protect the community from Prince John. They are trying to help our community and our fellow Steemians by reducing the rewards haejin makes from his contributions and by giving back. And even though I don't participate in the flag war, I support them 100%.

One last thing. I have no problems with people earning $500 or $1000 on a post once per month. I do have a problem with people earning $200-$400 on 10 posts per day without doing a single thing for others.

I think that anyone should be allowed to earn whatever they can, no matter how much it is... But, what people doesn't seem to think about, is the long term goal.

For instance.
How about 10 posts per day, with $50 earnings?

Steem and SBD is down to less than $3 now. But what if Steem and SBD would rise and be worth $50 instead? Would you still want someone to make $300 on each post, 10 times per day?

Haejin, you can probably see the problem with this too. Please, just do something for the community and stop being so selfish all the time. You have the opportunity to be a great leader... Give it a try.

Just seeing this now, I'm so sorry your comment was flagged, we'll do our best to make it visible again.

Resteemed as well, thanks for being such an awesome Steemian @hitmeasap, you really care about this place and the long term.

Thank you very much @lyndsaybowes, I truly appreciate it. However, it doesn't really matter if my comments are being flagged, rewarded or invisible in this case. But I obviously appreciate the gesture. I just used this scenario to back my words and to put even more weight in the facts I've shared.

There are lots of whales who make lots of money, ergo I think no one would care if he just paid it forward like other whales do. Who here has gotten a big ass surprise upvote from @blocktrades? I have. And when I was a total noob, too, like less than a month old, I think. Do you know how encouraging that was to me (and how it paid my electric bill)?! That's when I started gushing to the world about Steemit, because legit I had just paid a bill with it. And I kept working here, and not getting discouraged like so many do even though many of my posts don't earn a single SBD. I think Haejin could still earn tons but if he dropped some of his massive upvotes around like that, people would call it fair play. Maybe I'm wrong, I am just a red fish. But I'd wager @blocktrades makes plenty of money and nobody takes issue because they contribute, ya know?

I know the feeling. I've been there myself too!
Both @berniesanders, @blocktrades and @dan/ @dantheman himself upvoted articles of mine in the past. ~20 months ago. That's definitely what we should seek. To encourage and inspire others.

Also @blocktrades doesn't post the same thing over and over 10 times a day.. but yes.. love his surprise upvotes

@hitmeasap....you are on the button! This post belongs at the top, because every point you threw out towards the whole issue was stone cold truth! Thankyou for this! More smaller guys need to start getting out and posting more..because this is gonna Hurt the value of Steem and then Haejin will have to put that onto one of his 10 analysis!

Thank you @dillonford, I appreciate your kind words and I'm glad you liked it. What I hate the most about this whole thing is that good people, such as @fulltimegeek, @lyndsaybowes and many, many others with good intentions to grow and build our community has to waste time and Steem Power in an attempt to prevent this type of behaviour. Steem Power that could've been used to build and encourage others are instead used in the battlefield. I obviously love and support them in the cause and for all the things they do, but I hate to see all of the good being used to prevent evil. I feel that something else should and could've changed this a long time ago.

I definitely see what you mean! These people are still being positive influences and showing interaction and appreciation towards everybody! But watching thousands of hard earned Steem dollars, or well thought stock dollars basically get thrown away does suck...especially with thousands of great bloggers going unnoticed or new Steemians seeing theses types of things and not understanding!

I know that I won't be able to send you to trending but I feel that this post deserves that extra little bit. You aren't a nobody to everybody, behind you there are many Mr Nobodies supporting you!

Thank you @kryzsec, I appreciate it very much. :)

I think haejin has a point on the upvote bots. In my opinion these are much worse than haejins actions and there is no easy solution at hand. I wrote about this here

But I fully agree that heajin is a terrible leader and sets a very bad example. But we can downvote him and if the whales would actually care more then there would be no problem.

I've seen this war and I really don't know much about it. Seeing how Haejin acts, I think he is an abuser of the system, but it would take him changing or someone in control to do something about it.

Definitely the idea of paying it forward has helped so many on this platform, it has been a benefit for me anyways. I would love to see this platform become one where everyone can see more lucrative rewards for their time, energy and content and with people coming together to help one another instead of the flagging and fighting. I am not too familiar with the persons named in your post but I agree that we all should conduct ourselves in a way that provides good examples to the new Steemians.

I saw as a whale I will not say name takes advantage of its power against the poorest and then say that it does it for fun only to the poorest of Sp that the great whales do not I in particular I am against the flags there must be a justification and must be penalized if done unfairly

@starjuno would you mind telling me the ** reason**for the 56% flag? - You took away the earnings completely and made the article invisible. Thanks for proving me right, once again.

@haejin, this is exactly what I'm talking about in this article. That your Steem Power is being used to flag others... And I can't see why this article deserves a flag.

A smaller person like me should be educated so that the post is qualified 'Thank you for this!

My upvote is small, but you've got it, friend @hitmeasap

Thanks you

Wow nice post, this really nice idea
