if would be nicer if you took action against the upvote bot owner running a MEGA COPY PASTE BOT farm who i reported first in dec 2017 must have taken $100's of thousands by now

            Payouts that are no longer pending are final. It's pointless to waste VP on votes that don't change the payout.

            they continued for over a year after i first reported at the time of which they had taken at least $10kUSD after this the upvote had 3 million Steempower for a time then 1.5 million for months
            how about all the new copy pasting accounts et game exploiting accounts built on the first farming of copy paste bot network,
            then their is main account and upvote bot ?
