I think its weird that he can do this freely and no one can stop it. If the system and algorithm allows this. Than is it wrong for him doing so? In my opinion its more like a systemsproblem then a certain persons problem. As long as the steemit system wont change this will always happen. A comunity without certain authorisations just cant control certain behaviours that is perceived as abuse.
Im totally on your side and seeing all the rewards go to miserable posts just make me feel bad. So their must change something inside of the progam of steemit.
I hope abuse could be lower in the future than it is now.
