oe Musselman – The Honor Foundation and Fathom Ventures, Investing in People - Joe Musselman comes from a long line of military warriors. Wanting to live up to the honor, Joe worked to become a SEAL. It wasn’t meant to be, Joe was tough enough, strong enough and for sure smart enough…but his challenge was to do something more, something impossible. Joe started the Honor Foundation, an industry-leading transition program for special operators.

If you want to apply to transition through the Honor Foundation at honor.org

Instead of simply getting SEALs their next job in the security arena, the Honor Foundation works to truly bridge the gap between the life of a SEAL and a career that’s unique from that path. Whether it’s being a Pastry Chef or a Patent attorney, the Honor Foundation gets veterans transitioned well, and in accordance with who that person is.

Scott Huesing and Pete A Turner join Joe to discuss his incredible journey—but also his new venture, again focused on investing in people, Fathom Ventures. We’re thankful to Gregg Hurwitz for the introduction to Joe, we’re huge fans of all these guys.
