purple irises
overlook a pond and watch
brittle limbs decay

lotus petals spread
tree limbs stretch and bend
yoga pond

magenta loti
          yellow irises
               see the sun
set in reverse

purple irises
leaf blades grow on the pond's edge
cut up the forest
