While I am prepared to accept that I may lose all my hair (like my father) I choose to correct the imbalance within me which is causing this. It is not natural to lose our hair.
Should I fail, it will be no big deal... but keep watching, because when I set my mind to things like this, I don't fail.
The first thing I did with the firmly established intention was to cut my hair. Well, Sabrina cut it for me to be precise.

My daughter luna freaked out at one point when she saw clumps of my hair on the floor. I guess she thought mummy was mutilating me! So cute.

I have already begun a seven day water fast in order to completely detox my body and begin this project refreshed and rejuvenated.
This is as much a spiritual journey as it is a physical one.
