Review: H2B Charcoal Hair Treatment Cream

in #haircare8 years ago (edited)

I am one of those people who is very particular with the textures of their hair. It can get very uncomfortable for me if my hair is either untidy, too oily, too dry, tangled, frizzy and unruly.

I have a long hair and for so long I hadn’t dyed my hair not permed it but inspite of minimal chemicals and heat that I have been putting on my hair, I still get the bad hair days.

One of my visits for a hair cut at the Hair Gallery, Bankstown I was offered or suggested to use the Charcoal treatment for my dry hair. I was hesitant at first because it was a product that I never had heard of. I took the risk, bought the shampoo and the treatment cream.

I used the shampoo 3x a week or less because I was cautious that it could be too harsh for my hair and may cause massive hair loss 😱!!!! Anyway I didn’t. What I found worked for me though was the H2B Charcoal Treatment Cream. It was in a tube-like pouch. My hairdresser advised me to apply the treatment 15 minutes prior to taking a shower or washing my hair. And so I did. This regimen was once a week. Still, I am not a fan putting chemicals on the hair everyday.

After every treatment, I noticed that my hair becomes relaxed and soft regardless if my hair was wet or dry.

My hair was noticeably shinier and even one of my work colleagues complimented me for my shiny hair.

In late January 2016, I decided to have a balayage and it was the first hair colour that I have had after more than five years. I wasn’t sure of the cause but my hair went extremely dry no matter how much hair conditioner that I put. I even bought coconut shampoo and conditioner but it felt like my hair was beyond repair. I was hesitant to use the H2B Charcoal Treament Cream because I thought it was charcoal and may ruin my balayage. Until I came across and ad of this product on facebook indicating that it can be used on all hair types including coloured hair! I took the risk(I know I shouldn’t have, but how will I know, right?!) and used H2B Charcoal Treatment cream again like the usual. And after so many weeks of enduring dry and tangled hair, my hair dramatically relaxed. It didn’t do any magic instantaneously but I was told that the dryness decreased and my hair was looking shiny again.

My hair is still recuperating I believe especially the edges. I had it trimmed to get rid of the split ends as well.

Again, thus H2B Charcoal Treatment Cream works wonders for me. We all have different hairtypes though, so there is a chance that what worked for me won’t be as effective to others. I just thought to share my experience on this product as it may also be suitable for some.
