Pumpkin Cheesecake
Ingredients:
225/g cream cheese
150/g pumpkin puree
100/g brown sugar
225/g whipped cream
20 g vanilla
15 g cinnamon
40 pieces of biscuit
50/g butter
Method:
Put the biscuit with the butter and mix them well, then put them in a mold and distribute them well in the mold while putting in pressure. Then in another bowl, put cream cheese, pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, and the brown sugar then mix very well, whip the cream and add it to the former mix and mix again very well. Afterwards, put the cheese mixture over the biscuit layer and put the mold in the fridge for a whole night, after the cheescake hardens, decorate it with pumpkin jam.
