Today I want to tell you about another exciting activity that brings beautiful fruits. The creation of flowers.
Сегодня я хочу рассказать вам о еще одном увлекательном занятии, которое приносит красивые плоды. Это - творчество из фоамирана, в данном случае - создание цветов.
For work me it took:
Foamiran. Do not take foamiran more than 1mm thick, otherwise you will not get the desired result. The best manufacturing country is Iran. I used for this work the Iranian material of pale pink and white colors.
Scissors.
Glue. I'm using a hot glue gun.
Wire for stem. For branches and foliage requires thin wire.
Stamens. They are sold in specialized stores.
Paint for toning. I use acrylic. You can also use oil, watercolor, pastel.
In addition, you may need threads, an iron or a candle, brushes and sponges.

Фоамиран. Самой большой моей ошибкой на начальном этапе был неправильный выбор материала. Поэтому спешу вас предупредить - не берите фоамиран толщиной более 1 мм, иначе не получите желаемый результат и замучаетесь. Лучшая страна-производитель - Иран. Я использовала для этой работы как раз иранский материал двух цветов - нежно-розовый и белый.
Ножницы.
Клей. Я использую термоклей для пистолета.
Проволока. В первую очередь, для стебля. Для веточек и листвы требуется тонкая проволока. Я использую специальную проволоку, но можно оформить и обычную проволоку, для этого, а также для соединения проволочек между собой, вам потребуется тайп-лента.
Тычинки. Они тоже продаются в специализированных магазинах.
Краска для тонирования. Я использую акрил. Можно также использовать масло, акварель, пастель.
Помимо этого вам могут потребоваться нитки, утюг или свеча, кисти и губки. В общем то, чего потребует ваша душа.
The work begins with the preparation of the petals. I needed petals of four sizes, each of which I cut out in the amount of 12 pieces. The first three - from affectionately call-pink material, and the most large - from white. The edge of the petals I did a wavy, uneven.
The petals need to be toned. To do this, I took acrylic, cotton pad, and, gaining a small amount of paint on cotton wool, rubbed it at the base of the petals, trying to make a smooth, but uneven transition.
Начинается работа с подготовки лепестков. Мне потребовались лепестки четырёх размеров, каждый из которых я вырезала в количестве 12 штук. Первые три - из нежно-розового материала, а самые крупные - из белого. Край лепестков я делала волнистый, неровный.
Лепестки нужно затонировать. Для этого я взяла акрил, ватный диск, и, набирая небольшое количества краски на вату, растирала её у основания лепестков, стараясь сделать плавный, но неравномерный переход.
Proceed to the formation of petals. Foamiran becomes formable when heated, and lends itself well to the formation, and after cooling retains the shape. But for formation of small petals I don't need any additional heat sources well enough to grind their hands, and then to crush, stretch, twist along the blade, setting the folds, bumps as well as making them more subtle and elegant.
Приступаю к формированию лепестков. Фоамиран становится пластичнее при нагревании, хорошо поддаётся формированию, а после остывания сохраняет форму. Но для формирования маленьких лепестков мне не требуются дополнительные источники тепла, достаточно хорошо растереть их руками, после чего сминать, растягивать, скручивать вдоль лепестка, задавая складочки, неровности, а также делая их более тонкими и изящными.

Со вторым типом лепестков поступаем точно также. Помните, что сначала материал нужно хорошо растереть и согреть, иначе он может порваться при попытке растянуть.
The next-larger, and therefore to work with them will be more difficult. I needed an iron to make it easier. You can replace it with a candle, but be careful - so the material is very easy to overheat. Moreover, foamiran very well lit, so observe safety precautions. In order to prepare the petal for further work with it, you need to warm up the iron in mode 1, attach the petal to it for a few seconds. The main thing is not to overheat, because then the material becomes rough and unyielding.
Следующие лепестки - более крупные, а поэтому работать с ними будет сложнее. Для упрощения работы мне потребовался утюг. Можно заменить его свечой, но будьте осторожны - так материал очень легко перегреть. Более того, фоамиран очень хорошо горит, поэтому соблюдайте технику безопасности. Для того, чтобы подготовить лепесток к последующей работе с ним, нужно разогреть утюг на режиме 1, приложить к нему лепесток на несколько секунд. Главное - не перегревать, поскольку тогда материал становится грубым и неподатливым.
After heating, I also twist the petals, especially their edge. Turning around, I begin to stretch them from the middle to give shape to the "boat". However, from the heat they slightly accept this form, so they should only be a little help.
После нагревания я также скручиваю лепестки, особенно их край. Развернув, я начинаю растягивать их от серединки, чтобы придать форму "лодочки". Впрочем, от тепла они слегка принимают данную форму, поэтому стоит им лишь немного помочь.
The largest petals form similarly, only give them a greater bend.
Самые крупные лепестки формирую аналогично, лишь придаю им бОльший изгиб.

Having rolled the ball, I glued it to the tip of the wire. On this basis I glued stripes with the stamens, wrapping her "rolls". Пришла пора собирать цветок. Для начала нужно приготовить сердцевинку. Для этого я отрезаю полосу материала и надрезаю на ней "ворсинки". Каждую "ворсинку" я скручиваю между пальцами, покрываю краской (для облегчения лучше вырезать ролосу из материала нужного цвета, у меня его просто не оказалось). Аккуратно приклеиваю на полосу готовые тычинки, складывая их пополам. На проволоке я формирую основу. Для этого подойдёт пенопласт, фольга или бусинка. Я использовала фольгу. Скатав шарик, я приклеила его на кончик проволоки. На данную основу я приклеиваю полосу с тычинками, заворачивая её "рулетиком". При помощи ниточки стягиваю материал под тычинками и в нижней его части, получив вот такую сердцевинку:

Начинаю приклеивать лепестки к сердевинке. Для этого наношу клей у основания лепестка и прикладываю его на место. Первый ряд нужно приклеивать чуть ниже верхней ниточки. Каждый новый ряд приклеивается всё ниже. Я приклеивала по 6 лепестков в ряду, лепестки следующего ряда я размещала между предыдущими. Не повторяйте мои прежние ошибки и не старайтесь делать идеально. Цветы не идеальны, этим и прекрасны.
In order to give the flower a finished look, you need to make green receptacle and sepals, and leaves, using the same technique. I didn't do foliage because I didn't have a tape.

Для того, чтобы придать цветку законченный вид, необходимо сделать из зелёного фоамирана цветоложе и чашелистики, а также листву, используя всё ту же технику. Листву я не делала, поскольку у меня не оказалось тайп-ленты.
