I really enjoyed your 'calm and quieter' video, well done on on just doing something different but really putting across how important it is for everyone to make changes.
It's so true that if we don't change something then our life will be the same, and sometimes change is hard, but we all need to set outside our comfort zone every now and then to move forwards.
Thanks for sharing your story too, I'm fairly new on Steemit so I don't know if you've done this before or not, but it really gives a sense of openness, honesty and authenticity, which opens doors for others to be like this too without feeling judged.
